At Bridge and Renew, we offer a sanctuary for those seeking balance in life through a combination of mindfulness, medical yoga, and Pilates. Founded by Bridgit, a qualified physiotherapist with 30 years of experience, we aim to help you find harmony in both body and mind. Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve posture, or build strength, we provide personalized guidance to support your wellness journey.

Yoga:

I can highly recommend Bridgit for (therapeutic) Pilates classes!

I approached Bridgit, to assist me in conquering  severe lower back pain that had been plaguing me for some time. I was unable to stand for longer than half an hour and my lifestyle and quality of life were severely affected.

I approached Bridgit who saw me twice weekly for pilates classes. She was careful not to strain my back while strengthening my core.

Bridgit is experienced and very knowledgeable. She would have saved me several very  painful injections into my back and nuclear medicine investigations if I had been referred to her initially!

Bridgit’s yoga and pilates has been a lifeline. My strength ad flexibility has consistently improved. Her classes are both challenging – she often adds a little spice and nurturing as she meets participants “where they are at”. Her background in physiotherapy means she has an integrated knowledge of how to work my old injuries .
