Meet Bridgit – Founder of Bridge & Renew
Bridgit is the founder of Bridge & Renew, a space born from decades of experience and a deep, unwavering passion for helping people reconnect to their bodies.
After 35 years as a physiotherapist, she felt a quiet but persistent calling to create something more holistic — a place where strength, recovery, movement, and nervous system support could exist together, not separately. Bridge & Renew is the result of that vision: a space where healing is both grounded in science and guided by awareness.
In addition to her physiotherapy background, Bridgit is a qualified Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, and mindfulness coach. This unique blend allows her to support clients in a truly integrative way — combining clinical insight with embodied movement and nervous system regulation.
Her approach is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply respectful of each individual’s journey. She meets people exactly where they are, creating a space where they can build strength, restore balance, and feel safe in their bodies again.
Bridgit believes that healing isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about learning to listen more closely.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her mountain biking, walking in nature, immersed in music, or curled up with a good book — the very same practices she draws on to restore and reconnect with herself
